Purchase Conditions at Hammerhoj Design
Welcome to Hammerhoj Design. By making a purchase on our website or in our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Purchase Process: To place an order, follow the online purchase process and submit your order following the instructions provided. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will be your proof of purchase.
2. Manufacturing and Delivery Time:
- Orders are made on demand, with an estimated production time of up to 45 business days. This period may be extended during periods of high demand (sales and discounts) or due to supply shortages.
- In the case of Hammerweek, delivery times may be longer due to the special nature of the products offered.
- We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup or shipping, as applicable.
3. Prices and Payment: The prices of our products are clearly indicated on our website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Payment must be made using the methods offered on the website at the time of purchase.
4. In-Store Pickup and Shipping:
- In-store pickup is available at no additional cost. Orders must be picked up within two weeks of receiving notification that they are ready. If not picked up within this period, the order will be discarded without a refund.
- For shipping, we use private parcel services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
5. Changes, Returns and Warranty:
- Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of receiving the product, with the exceptions mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy.
- We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on our products.
- Custom orders and Hammerweek products are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless they have manufacturing defects.
6. Products: Due to the handmade nature and the use of animal hides, each piece may present unique variations and characteristics. By placing an order, you accept these possible variations.
7. Acceptance of the Conditions: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these purchase conditions without reservation.
